Fall Fiesta Ticket Confirmation & Event Details
THANK YOU for planning to attend 2019 Fall Fiesta! Please read below for important details and submit your contact information and entree preference.
5:30pm
You will not receive tickets. Your name will be at Check-In at the door.
The evening begins with a reception from 5:30-6:45pm. There will be an open bar with wine, beer, margaritas, and specialty cocktails. Dig & Serve will be serving assorted seasonal hors d’ouvres.
You can purchase gift certificates at 75% of their value as well as $100 raffle tickets for the chance to win a complete spa package at Ten Thousand Waves, worth $780.
5:50-6pm
Senator Tom Udall, the 2019 Community All-Star, will be honored for his life-time commitment to preserving our natural wonders and limited resources. Due to Senator Udall’s limited schedule, we encourage everyone to arrive before 5:45pm so we can collectively thank him for being instrumental in the development of the Railyard and the creation of the Farmers’ Market Pavilion and for all he has done throughout his career to protect and preserve our land and water.
6:45pm
We will transition to a locally-sourced dinner created by Brandon Gregoire (Dig & Serve), David Gaspar De Alba (Oni Noodles), Nathan Mayes (Paloma Restaurant), Fallon Bader (The Sprouting Kitchen), and Amber Kirpes.
Institute Executive Director, Kierstan Pickens, will speak on the story of food in New Mexico and Institute programs. You will be inspired by Hakim Bellamy (the first poet-laureate of Albuquerque) and Carlos Contreras (WKKF Kellog Community Leadership Network fellow).
At the end of your meal, you will have the opportunity to make a contribution to the Institute and bid on the six packages in the Live Auction. As you enjoy dessert service at your table, we will draw the winner for the raffle.
The evening concludes with coffee and cocktails, check-out, and picking up your gift certificate purchases.

To expedite the check-in process on the night of the event, we are asking our guests to provide your entree preference and contact information in advance. If you purchased tickets for friends or other family members, please share this form with them so we have their details on file, as well.
