Cherries – A Super Fruit!

(Trust me, I’m snacking on some right now.)  When I was at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday, I was delighted to see a little girl joyfully prancing around with gorgeous, deep red twin bing cherries draped over each ear. We should all express our joy at the gift of this amazing super food!

I was struck by the beauty of the cherries; the pinks and yellows of the Rainier and the deep reds and burgundies of the Bing.  But according to Dr. Mercola, cherries are not only beautiful, they also have many potent health benefits.
