Mini Pecan Cheese Balls

This recipe is from Tami Cavitt at CLC Pecans.

Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 3 cups chopped pecans
  • 4 pecan halves
Preparation:
  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and dressing mix.
  2. Form into ice cream scoop sized balls.
  3. Roll each ball in chopped pecans to coat surface.
  4. Decorate the tops with pecan halves.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  6. Makes a great appetizer!
