INGREDIENTS
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Fresh citrus
- Chile flakes
PREPARATION
- Prepare grill
- Toss peas in olive oil and salt
- Using a grill topper, grill basket, or a non-stick cooling rack, grill peas over medium high heat turning occasionally until the degree of preferred char is reached, approximately 4 minutes.
- Plate and top with a squeeze of fresh citrus and a couple shakes of chile flakes.
