GRILLED SUGAR SNAP PEAS

Today’s Market Fresh Cooking recipe is complements of the Farmers’ Market weekly CSA recipe.


INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh citrus
  • Chile flakes

PREPARATION

  • Prepare grill
  • Toss peas in olive oil and salt
  • Using a grill topper, grill basket, or a non-stick cooling rack, grill peas over medium high heat turning occasionally until the degree of preferred char is reached, approximately 4 minutes.
  • Plate and top with a squeeze of fresh citrus and a couple shakes of chile flakes.
