The number one service that the Institute provides is building relationships with the vendors and providing support on a myriad of activities. The Program Director is continually doing outreach to vendors, making sure that they are aware of the programs available to them, providing assistance as needed, and providing technical assistance on things such as grant applications.

The Institute is also happy to support the Market visitors by staffing an Info Booth at every market. The Info Booth is where customers learn about programs and events, find their favorite vendor, sign up to volunteer, purchase tokens with a debit, credit, or EBT card, and much more! We also have docent volunteers found throughout the market – they’re our mobile info booth!
