When Dr. Elaine Ingham came to the Carbon Economy Series in 2012, fifty Santa Fe Farmers’ Market vendors and their employees attended her workshop for free under the sponsorship of the Farmers’ Market Institute. This year, in response to requests from vendors, the Institute worked with the Carbon Economy Series to bring Dr. Ingham back. This time she will once again open with an evening lecture, to be held from 7-9 PM Wednesday, March 12, in the Market Hall, to be followed the next day by a full-day workshop at Northern New Mexico College in Española.
