The Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute and Kitchen Angels are teaming up to present our fourth year of Local Organic Meals on a Budget, a popular series of educational classes to the community on cooking delicious meals with healthy, local ingredients. The classes consist of hands-on demonstrations by popular, local volunteer chefs. Recipes focus on simple, easy, and quick meal preparation and also include helpful cooking and shopping tips. Each class is unique with its own recipes and guest chef. Classes run approximately 90 minutes in length. Participants enjoy complimentary appetizers and samples of the cooked meal.
