Camino de Paz School and Farm’s annual Food for Thought Brunch will be held on May 5, 2012, and will feature Joel Salatin, author of You Can Farm, Pastured Poultry Profits, Folks, This Ain’t Normal! and Everything I Want to do Is Illegal. Salatin has inspired a new generation of family farmers and was featured in Michael Pollan’s book, The Omnivore’s Dilemma.
