The US Dept of Commerce has recognized their standing as garlic producers, with therefore the right to request an administrative review of Harmoni Spice, the largest importer of Chinese garlic. It’s no longer necessary for people to contact Commerce etc about this. Your on-going support is appreciated greatly.

Two New Mexico garlic growers, Stan Crawford (El Bosque Garlic) and Avrum Katz (Boxcar Farm), have asked the US Department of Commerce for an administrative review of garlic imported from China, which unfairly undercuts domestic garlic growers, both large and small. Simply for requesting this review, they are being subjected to legal action by the largest importer of Chinese fresh garlic.
In order to counter this massive onslaught of legal rhetoric, we ask you to write to the Secretary of Commerce in support of our Request for Administrative Review of garlic imported from China.
